EDI Analysts/Developers

Alpharetta, GA

The EDI Analyst / Developer will oversee and support the planning, coordinating, scheduling and implementation of EDI. This individual will be responsible for installations, communication with trading partners, development of EDI transactions, processing documents, troubleshooting issues and working with trading partners to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of EDI transactions and processes including: new trading partners; EDI mapping maintenance, creation and modifications; trading partner agreements; partner assurance programs; and EDI issue tracking and resolution
  • Coordinate and setup new trading partners using our EDIHQ software
  • Coordinate, develop, test and implement EDI documents with new trading partners and new EDI documents with existing trading partners
  • Create new EDI map specifications and maintain existing ones
  • Responsible for EDI Mapping, Trading Partner Onboarding and related functions
  • Write and execute thorough functional test plans to ensure that system changes are working properly and existing processes remain unaffected.
  • Analyze current implementation in order to make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Establish system processing standards by documenting all EDI processes
  • Manage and maintain the process of existing and new EDI customers
  • Maintain all assigned accounts. Update changes/maintenance to orders within 24 hours of receipt
  • Provides metrics to manage effectiveness of daily operations
  • Daily operational support including review of operational reports and addressing issues as required
  • Adapt to the dynamics and fast pace requirements of the Sales and Operations departments
  • Manage supplier and customer relationships and integrations
  • Update/run reports and maintain open communication with all departments and customers
  • Act as a Liaison between vendors, sales reps, existing/new accounts and company staff
  • Experience with Logistics and Retail transactions, 200, 400, 800 and 900-series
  • Experience with Motor and Rail Carriers, 3PL and Warehouse Order, Invoice Processing

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor degree in a related technical/business field is preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience with EDI and Data Integration support utilizing data tools, commerce implementations, FTP communications and ability to read and understand mapping specifications and standards
  • Strong knowledge of EDI programming, system design, data integration/mapping, analysis principles, and general business operations
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving EDI issues with trading partners
  • Proficiency with CSV, flat files, EDI, and XML
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of project management standards, methods and techniques

Sales and Marketing Agent

Summary

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner of Atadex EDI, the Sales and Marketing Agent will be responsible for the implementation of the Company’s Marketing, Sales plan and Sales process.  This includes marketing Atadex EDI services using various tools and social media, prospecting for new business, identification of opportunities, researching those potential customers for qualification, and closing that business with a contract agreement. The contractor will manage this sales cycle from prospecting to close, and report progress to the Atadex EDI management team.  The markets we are pursuing are, but not limited to, targeted accounts within the medical, financial, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain industries.

Individual will be responsible for achieving or exceeding the company’s target services and solutions revenue both monthly and annually. Responsibilities will also include supporting other Atadex EDI personnel with their sales opportunities, by qualifying those potential customers, assisting in the development and on boarding of new customers, and providing insight and input to the executive management team.

Responsibilities:

Market company’s EDI services using various tools, methodologies and social media.

Develop, implement & manage overall sales strategies, processes and key metrics for growth.

Identify new business opportunities for the company.

Lead delivery of a detailed account development plan that aligns with the company’s goals.

Develop, implement and manage all account management processes.

Work directly with Managing Partner & technical team on solution implementation process.

Provide business projections & weekly reports on prospects and current sales pipeline.

Manage customer relationships.

Provide feedback for the development of pricing policies for all solutions and services.

Actively lead the business development function in an effective, aggressive manner.

Oversee customer development at all levels of the sales process and generate revenue.

Set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure new revenue targets are met.
